The state government is organising a special job fair to help young people find apprenticeships and jobs. This event is called the Apprenticeship-cum-Job Mela 2026, and it will run from July 6 to July 14, 2026, at five different junior colleges across Telangana.
This job mela is being organised by the Department of Intermediate Education, Telangana, along with the Regional Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (RDSDE). It falls under two big government programs: the Skill India Mission and the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS-2).
The theme of this year’s job mela is “Your Skills, Your Future, Our Mission.” The main goal is simple: connect students who have completed vocational courses with companies that are hiring for jobs and apprenticeships.
